Hello From Del Mar!

Del Mar has been on a serious hiatus and we apologize for not keeping in touch or updating our shit... Our shit has been CRAZY. But anyhow, we are back and we went into the studio in December to lay down some skeleton tracks for a new record. And so far, it sounds bitchin. We will be working with Rob Perez and Bert Susanka again on the new one once we get our demo's and songs a little more lined out. Also, After the Quake is getting released in Japan on One Big Happy Family Records which we are very stoked about. So who knows, maybe we'll be touring the East soon... We'll at least be playing shows homebound here any minute.
As for the rest of the Half of Nothing Records family- Sexrat finished their new record, Masters of Obscurity and it is amazing- the best album of 2011 so far by far. AND Bert Susanka is in the studio as we speak putting the finishing touches on the ALT's new album which is also sounding perfect and we couldn't be more excited for all the new releases. And I think there's some little band called Sublime with Rome that's also working on their new one too, so be on the lookout for that. Not that you'll have to, cuz it'll be everywhere.
